The PCSP Foundation was incorporated in February 2018 as IRS 501 (c)(3) which allows donor contributions to be deducted from the donor's income for federal income tax purposes. The PCSP Foundation received State of California certification to solicit donations in May 2019. In March 2020 the IRS approved the PCSP Foundation for Federal recognition as a 501(c)(3) organization.

The PCSP Foundation includes the following directors, Steve Sadowsky as President, Rodger Lawton as Secretary, and Larry Over as Treasurer and Director of Fundraising.

The PCSP Foundation is required by law to produce an annual report summarizing all donations, expenses and disbursements. This report is required to be posted on an IRS website as well as presented at the Annual Business Meeting of the PCSP.
